Acronis True Image for Windows
Important update with this release

Known issues
-
After a reboot, a failed Entire Mac backup may not display an error message in the Tray Center when Error Handling is disabled.
Workaround: Open the Acronis True Image application to review the backup status and error details.
-
If a user signs in with an account that has too many activations, the Account tab may initially show remaining days, but a license activation nag screen can still appear after 30 days.
Workaround: Resolve the activation limit by deactivating unused devices or assigning a valid license to the current computer.
-
When backing up files from Acronis bootable media to Cloud, the Backup tab may display a generic error message after a failed backup instead of the detailed cause.
Workaround: Check the Activity tab or Tray Center for the correct error message and reselect the backup sources if required.
-
When opening an existing backup by double-clicking it in Finder, the backup may be added under This Mac instead of the Others section.
Workaround: Add the backup manually from within the Acronis True Image application to ensure it appears under the correct section.
-
Occasionally, no notification is sent when a backup is paused.
-
On macOS 26 (Intel), Disk Utility may interfere with the creation of an Acronis Survival Kit, causing the media to appear as macOS Base System.
Workaround: Close Disk Utility before creating the media.
